Border Music Distribution AB is the biggest independent record distributor in Sweden, with a market share of about 5%. We have been in business since 1982, so there is a lot of experience here in the company.

 

In our catalogue you can find everything from early medieval music to the latest indie rock. So we can offer you a colourful palette of classic rock, opera, soul, skate punk, jazz, world music, funk, death metal, and everything in between.

 

We also have the knowledge and experience to guide you through the jungle of artists, labels and genres.

 

Border Music’s main administration office is located in Gothenburg, at Gamlestadsvägen 1. There we have a combined warehouse and headquarters in a building owned and administrated by the company. We also have a small representation office on Söder in Stockholm.

 

Border Music has close co-operation partners in Norway, Denmark and Finland, so our distributed labels are available in the entire Nordic Region.

 

We distribute a lot of Swedish and international record labels, and represent artists like The Knife, Louise Hoffsten, Lars Gullin, Fever Ray, Kraja, Yoko Ono, Dan Reed, Robben Ford, Jussi Björling and many, many more!
